Optimizes the TSWrite function to evaluate faster when the write action is Ignore.
The TSWriteData macro now returns a value so VBA authors can tell if the TSWriteData macro was successful, if the user canceled, if there was nothing to write or if there was an error.
Updates the Edit SQL button to make it more obvious what the button does.
Resolves an issue where the add-in might not get upgraded by the installer.

New VBA digital signatures on all included report templates.
Updated the Write PR Union Items template to fix a broken cell reference.
Added a new preference that determines if TSWrite functions should return the last result when not actually sending data. The new setting changes the old behavior by defaulting to False so existing Write workbooks refresh faster. The setting can be turned on for debugging purposes while developing a Write solution.
A few improvements were also made to the software updates program, one of which was the ability to run under Windows 7 without requesting elevation.
