*Note – You may only install and use new versions if your software maintenance is current.  If your software maintenance has expired, installation of a new version will disable your software until your renewal has been processed or you uninstall and re-install the last version for which you were eligible.  For customers of Event 1 Software (who purchased prior to November 1, 2011), software maintenance is included as part of your annual renewal of Essential Success Membership.  For Sage customers, software maintenance is provided as part of your Sage Business Care plan.
