How do I enable macros in Excel 2010?

Most users of Office Connector find that the following steps meet their Excel macro security needs:

  1. Start Excel and click the File tab
  2. Click Options
  3. Click Trust Center and then click Trust Center Settings (show me)
  4. Click Macro Settings
  5. Click Disable all macros with notification (show me)
  6. Click OK
  7. Click OK
  8. Open your workbook
  9. The Security Warning bar will be displayed just below the ribbon.  Click Enable Content.
