How To Identify Your Event 1 System Folder

The Event 1 System Folder (E1SF) is used to store common files that are used by all installations of your Event 1 Software products. These files typically include the following items:

  • License Files
  • Connection Settings
  • Shared Report Templates
  • Custom Configuration Settings
  • Custom Security Settings

The E1SF is chosen during the installation of your software. If the software is installed on multiple workstations/servers, this location would be located in a public network share accessible to all network users. If the software is installed on a single workstation/server, this location would typically be located on the same workstation/server on which the software is installed.
