Why doesn't the Account Ledger with Detail report show any data?
Using the "Account Ledger with Detail" template, you enter values for Account Mask, From Date, and To Date and click Refresh Data but the report does not display any information.Cause
There is a known issue with the ODBC driver for Sage Timberline Office that impacts this report's ability to work with account numbers that have more than one prefix.
Specifically, queries that include more than one condition on the Account field where the conditions use the LIKE operator and a parameter (such as a cell reference) will result in a general ODBC error and prevent the query from working.Resolution
A work-around to the ODBC issue has been implemented in revision 15 and higher of this report (dated 1/26/2011).
