What's new in Integrator version 2.91.15Posted 9/11/2013 We strongly recommend that you read this information prior to upgrading. New versions may include new features that can help you, resolutions to known problems, and changes to supported environments.
This version provides compatibility with Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate version 13.x and Prolog Manager version 9.7 MR3.
- Support for Custom SQL Statements for Cost - When integrating actual cost values from Sage 300 CRE to Prolog Manager, Integrator allows for the source of cost entries to be JC Transactions or BL WIP records. Beginning with this release, SQL statements stored as plain text files with a ".sql" file extension may be used to query cost data so long as the SQL statement is constructed to return the required set of columns.
- Include Non-Costed Tax in amount sent to Prolog - This is a new checkbox setting in the Cost Settings window. By default, this option is not selected because JTD Cost does not include non-costed tax. For Australian users, GST is reflected in the non-costed tax field and may need to be included in the cost amounts sent to Prolog.
- Invoice Numbering - In previous versions, Integrator allowed the Trimble AI-SDK to assign the invoice number for contract invoices being created. Due to instances where the Prolog auto-numbering logic would fail, Integrator now assigns the next sequential invoice number for each contract invoice created under a given contract.
- Budget Changes File Name - In previous versions, the Budget Changes interface was using the file name setting found in Budget Settings when creating the import file. This has been corrected so that it will use the file name specified in Budget Change Settings.
