This step of the wizard requires you to identify which of the six Prolog Budget Groups the JC Cost Code field corresponds to. Some options may be disabled if they are not part of your Prolog Budget Code Structure or if a given Budget Group's maximum length is too small.
The Budget Group that you select must be used to hold the entire Cost Code value (not simply one section of it). If your JC Cost Code field is formatted into more than one section, the minimum length of the Prolog Budget Group would be one plus the number of characters in each section after the first section. For example, a cost code with a format of AA-BBB would require a Prolog Budget Group having a minimum length of four characters. A cost code with a format of AA-BB-CCCC would require a Prolog Budget Group having a minimum length of seven characters.
