This window allows you to select a column to be added to the sort order of the query.
Table
If your query includes more than one table, this drop-down list will be shown and allows you to select the table from which you want to select the column. If your query only uses one table, the Table drop-down is not shown.
Column
Select the desired column from the list. If the query is being summarized, this list only consists of the columns that are being displayed in the query results. Otherwise, all columns in the selected table are available to select from.
Ascending
Select this option to sort the data in ascending order based on the values in the selected column.
Descending
Select this option to sort the data in descending order based on the values in the selected column.
OK
Dismisses the window and adds the column to the sort order.
Cancel
Dismisses the window without changing the sort order.
