This tab provides access to support related tools and resources.

Email support
Displays the Send Technical Support Email window allowing you to convey a message to Event 1 Software's technical support team that includes diagnostic information. Use this option if you encounter an error message or other unexpected situation while using Liberty Reports.

Join online meeting
Opens Event 1 Software's online meeting page in your default web browser. Use this option when directed by a support representative.

View Error Log
Opens the error log in your default text editor (e.g., Notepad.exe). The error log provides information that may be useful to technical support representative when diagnosing issues.

View Trace Log
Opens the trace log in your default text editor (e.g., Notepad.exe). Entries are made in the trace log only when the Enable the trace log box is checked. The trace log provides additional details about the operation of the program. This information may be useful to a technical support representative when diagnosing issues.

View Environment Report
Opens the Environment Report in your default web browser. The Environment Report includes information about your current environment, including information about Liberty Reports, Windows, Excel, and licensing.

Enable the trace log
Check this box when directed to do so by a technical support representative. When the trace log is enabled, details about the program operation are logged in the trace log. This additional logging may slow performance and also create a very large trace log file over time. Under normal operation, this option should be unchecked.

Enable the license monitor
Check this box to display a window showing each of your licenses and their status.
