- If provided, the Cost Code must exist in the JC Cost Code table for the Job identified in the Job column (or for the Extra identified by the Job and Extra columns).
- Cost Code must not be closed.
- If the Cost Code field has been defined in Custom Descriptions to have more than one section, the Cost Code in the import file must include the separator characters between the sections.
