The following options are available under the File / Profile menu:

| New | Creates a new profile. |
| Open | Displays an open window allowing you to select an existing profile to use. |
| Save | Saves any changes to the current profile. |
| Save As | Saves the current profile under a new filename. |
| Delete | Deletes the current profile. |
