| License Description | This column describes the license. Some programs have multiple licenses and this column helps you to differentiate between them. |
| License ID | A license ID is required before requesting keys. Your license ID was emailed to you when you purchased the software. If you do not have your license ID, please contact us for assistance. |
| Status | This column reports the basic status of your license. If you have requested keys via email or fax and not yet entered them, the status will be Waiting for Keys. |
