1 - Record Type

Alpha, 5 Characters
Required.  
Must be "JCTMW"

2 - Job

Alpha, 12 Characters
Required.
Must identify an existing Job.

3 - Extra

Alpha, 10 Characters
Optional.
If provided, must identify an existing Extra for the Job.

4 - Cost Code

Alpha, 13 Characters
Optional.
If provided, must identify an existing Cost Code for the Job or for the Job & Extra.

5 - Category

Alpha, 3 Characters
Optional.
If provided, must identify an existing Category under the Job & Cost Code or under the Job, Extra & Cost Code.

6 - Transaction Type

Alpha
Required.
May be either the text or numeric value for one of the transaction types shown below:
  • 1 - EstimatedProdUnits
  • 2 - ActualProdUnits
  • 3 - PercentComplete
  • 4 - MiscAmount1
  • 5 - MiscAmount2
  • 6 - MiscAmount3
  • 7 - MiscAmount4
  • 8 - MiscAmount5
  • 9 - MiscAmount6
  • 10 - ScheduledValue

7 - Transaction Date

Date
Required.
Date of transaction.  Date must be formatted in a manner consistent with the Short Date format in the Windows Regional and Language Options (found in Windows Control Panel).

8 - Description

Alpha, 30 Characters
Optional.
Description of transaction.

9 - Units

Numeric, 8.4
Only required for Estimated or Actual Production Unit transactions.  Not valid for all other types.

10 - Amount

Numeric 9.2
Required for all transaction types except Estimated and Actual Production Unit transactions.

11 - Action

Alpha
Optional.
Determines whether the Units or Amount value should be added to the current master file amount or if the value should replace the current master file amount.  Possible values may a number, letter, or text:
  • 1 | R | Replace
  • 2 | A | Add
If not specified, the action will be Add for all transaction types except for Percent Complete which will always use an action of Replace.
