The file menu contains the following items:
| New Connection | Ctrl+N | Launches a wizard that allows you to create a new connection between a Prolog Manager database and a Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate database |

| Delete Connection | Displays a list of connections, allowing you to select a connection to delete it. | |
| Save As | When a report is displayed, allows the report to be saved as an HTM file. | |
| When a report is displayed, allows the report to be printed. | ||
| Send Email | When a report is displayed, allows the report to be sent via email. | |
| Logon | When a connection is open, opens a submenu of tasks that allows you to change the login credentials for each database. | |
| Exit | Closes the application. |
