The Event 1 Office Connector Administrator is a program that IT administrators can use to allow or deny access to the licensed modules of Office Connector. The permissions are stored per Sage 300 CRE operator ID in an encrypted Microsoft Access database, which is automatically created the first time that the program is executed. The Office Connector Administrator program can also be used to control toolbar visibility.

If Office Connector Administrator has been run on a computer on your network, then a file named OCOperators.mdb will be found in the OC2 folder under your Event 1 System Folder.
